BGE.com on the Go

 

BGE now offers a Mobile Touch Website (bge.com) for mobile device users. The new site will now an easy way for mobile device users to communicate with BGE without downloading an app.  The mobile site offers.
 
BGE has launched a mobile touch version of bge.com.  Customers using smart phones or tablets now have an easy way to communicate with BGE and view information without downloading an app.  Customers can still create an “app-like” bookmark that uses the BGE logo.

Report an outage services allow BGE customers to also check on their estimated time of restoration (ETR). By following the same steps for report an outage, customer can check on available ETRs.
Now BGE customers can report a power outage through a mobile device. BGE account number or the phone number that is associated to the account is required.
No download is required. Just visit bge.com from any mobile device. Your device will be detected and you will automatically be redirected to the mobile site where you can now report power outages.
BGE's new mobile on the go will allow customers communicate and interact with BGE from any mobile device without downloading an app.
Contact BGE customer service, report a problem, or even report a lighting outage right from your mobile device easily and quickly by clicking "Contact Us". Providing your email address will allow BGE to send you a confirmation of your request.
BGE has launched a new suite of tools to provide customers with enhanced, convenient customer service and alternative communication methods for new ways to connect and do business with us.
BGE customers can access the new outage map to view their affected area(s), number of customers affected by an outage, estimated time of recovery and our field crews’ status.
From the mobile site, click "View Outage Map" and view the interactive map of the BGE service territory showing current electric service outages.
