Relocation/removal of existing BGE non-residential facilities

Temporary service for commercial and industrial projects including apartments and condominiums

Development Project
- Establishing a residential development with 5 or more homes/lots.
(In addition to the Development Project Application, a Single Project application will be required for each home/lot in the Development.)
Note: If you are establishing a development with 4 or less homes/lots, you are NOT required to submit a development project application. Please click the single project link for each home/lot within your project.

Modification & Relocation Project
- Altering an existing residential structure - (rehab, remodel, recondition etc.)
- Increasing service to an existing residential structure
- Requesting BGE to relocate residential equipment such as poles, guy wires, meters, service units, etc.
Note: All service requests associated with barns and garages should be handled via the Commercial and Industrial Project.
