For specific instructions on the Residential or Commercial & Industrial (C&I) construction project process, please read our Customer Information Booklets or the Service Application. Some steps will be relevant to new construction only.
Your BGE representative will be working with you throughout the four stages of natural gas and electric installation and can answer any questions. But if you need immediate help during the construction and restoration phase (Stage IV), call BGE at 410-850-4620 or 800-233-1854, Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
