Business

In our ongoing efforts to better serve our customers, we redesigned our billing statement for easier reading and clarity. An overview of electric and/or gas charges are shown on the front of the bill. The details (an explanation of the charges) are shown on the back of the bill. Also, most bills are now one page. Your bill continues to provide detailed information to help you understand how you are billed for the energy you use. The new bill also provides new information to help you better manage your energy use so that you get the most value out of your energy dollars.
