Information on Discounts
BGE does not take any actions with respect to discounts for transmission service because BGE's facilities are operated by PJM and service provided according to the terms of the PJM Tariff. PJM is responsible for discounts of transmission service. Please see the PJM Web site for more information.

Standards Of Conduct For Transmission Providers Informational Filing
FERC's Order No. 2004 requires BGE to implement standards of conduct to govern the relationships between regulated transmission providers and all of their energy affiliates. This ruling is to ensure that transmission providers cannot extend their market power over transmission to wholesale energy markets by giving their affiliates unduly preferential treatment.
