BGE does not require you to submit a Development Application in this case.  However, you will be required to submit a Single Project Application for each of the new homes/lots (4 or less) within your new project/development.

• Temporary Service to a construction sales trailer for your residential project

You may request temporary service Only on a Single Project Application or in conjunction with permanent service and/or BGE facility relocation.

• Establishing a Development consisting of 5 or more homes/lots

You may also request temporary service to a construction sales trailer and/or request BGE to relocate BGE equipment in conjunction with your development request on the development project application.

Development Project Application

If you are...

• Altering an existing residential structure - (rehab, remodel, recondition, etc.)
• Increasing service to an existing residential structure (excluding barns & garages)
• Requesting BGE to relocate any BGE equipment such as poles, guy wires, meters, service units, etc.

You may request the Relocation of BGE Equipment Only on a Modification & Relocation Project Application.  All Project Application forms allow you to request BGE Facility Relocation in conjunction with other service needs.
