BALTIMORE (Nov. 21, 2019) – BGE's online interactive outage map now provides customers with more helpful information during storm and power outages. These enhancements include:
BGE's outage map is available at BGE.com/outages or through the company's Mobile App, which gives customers the ability to report power outages and manage the type of alerts they would like to receive. To download the app, visit the App store or Google play.
When an Outage Occurs
If customers experience a power outage, it can be quickly and easily reported at www.bge.com, on the BGE Mobile App, via text message to MyBGE (69243)*, or by calling customer service at 877.778.2222.
