BALTIMORE (Dec. 19, 2019) – For the second year in a row, BGE is number one for Customer Satisfaction with Business Natural Gas Service in the East Region among utilities ranked by J.D. Power in the 2019 Gas Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Study.℠
BGE earned a score of 836—highest among 15 utilities in the East Region and an increase over the company's 2018 score. Companies are ranked on a 1,000-point scale. In addition, BGE achieved the highest score in the following factors: Safety and Reliability, Billing and Payment, Corporate Citizenship, Communications, and Customer Service.
BGE was also recently ranked number one in the J.D. Power 2019 Electric Utility Business Customer Satisfaction Study℠ for customer satisfaction among electric business customers in the East Large segment. This is the third-straight year BGE received the highest score among large electric utilities in its region.
