BGE ranked highest in the study’s Large Utilities in the East Region with a score of 808, which is 35 points higher than BGE’s first place score last year and 35 points above this year’s 12-company average of 773 for electric utility business customers. Companies are ranked on a 1,000-point scale. BGE ranked highest in three of the six study factors, including Billing and Payment, Price, and Corporate Citizenship.
This comes on the heels of first-place recognitions for BGE in 2017 and 2018 in the Electric Utility Business customer segments by J.D. Power.
