The Smart Energy Workforce Development program is a joint effort between BGE and local workforce development organizations and career technology schools. The goal of the program is to help students and community members build the types of skills necessary for energy careers and increase awareness of job opportunities with utilities. BGE offers several training courses and internships through the Smart Energy Workforce Development program.
