There are many ways to reduce your electricity usage during an Energy Savings Day, but the most impactful savings tip is to raise the temperature on your thermostat by 3-4° and use other ways to stay cool. BGE recommends setting your thermostat at 78ºF. Customers should exercise discretion and consider health impacts when reducing electricity usage.
